By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You must be Jewish or seeking a Jewish partner
• You must be legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction
• You may only create one account

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, current information on your profile. Impersonating another person or creating a fake profile is grounds for immediate termination.

Acceptable Use Policy

JSoulMate is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. By using this platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly permit anyone under the age of 18 to register, and any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately terminated and reported to the appropriate authorities where required.

You agree not to:

• Register or attempt to register if you are under the age of 18
• Harass, threaten or intimidate other members
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Post false, misleading or fraudulent information, or engage in any scam or activity intended to defraud other members
• Attempt to extract personal or financial information from other members for fraudulent purposes
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to human trafficking, sex trafficking, or facilitation thereof
• Post, share, or solicit sexually explicit content, nudity, or content depicting or implying sexual acts
• Engage in, depict, or solicit child sexual exploitation or abuse (CSAE) in any form; we have zero tolerance for such content or conduct and will report violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement
• Engage in, threaten, promote, or depict sexual violence or non-consensual sexual content or activity
• Solicit, advertise, or facilitate commercial sexual services or prostitution
• Scrape, copy or reproduce platform content without permission

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, remove any violating content, and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations where applicable.

Memberships and Payments

Premium memberships are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you have not received any matches. Contact support@jsoulmate.com for refund requests.

Privacy and Safety

We take member safety seriously. We reserve the right to remove any profile, content or account that violates these terms or our community standards. All reports of inappropriate behavior are investigated within 24 hours.

Prohibited Conduct

JSoulMate strictly prohibits human trafficking, including sexual exploitation, and any activity that aids, abets, or encourages abuse of any kind. We prohibit the use of our platform for solicitation of commercial sexual services, exploitation of minors, coercion, or any illegal activity. Any account found to be engaging in or facilitating such conduct will be immediately terminated, and we will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations. Users who become aware of such activity on our platform are required to report it immediately to support@jsoulmate.com or via the in-app reporting tool.

Law Enforcement Requests

JSoulMate cooperates with law enforcement agencies investigating illegal activity, including human trafficking, exploitation, and abuse. Law enforcement requests for user information should be directed to legal@jsoulmate.com and must comply with applicable legal process, including valid subpoenas, court orders, or warrants where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

We provide this platform as a tool to meet people. We cannot guarantee that you will find a match. We are not responsible for the conduct of members outside the platform. Use good judgment and follow our safety guidelines when meeting people in person.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
