3. Profiling information: Your profile is available for other members to view at JSoulMate.com. Member's profiles include a description and photos, likes and dislikes, individual essays and other information helpful in determining matches. Your viewable profile does not include any identifying information about you, except the screen name you chose upon registering.
4. Billing information: When purchasing a subscription using a credit card, you will be asked to provide additional financial information such as credit card number. We use the latest in encryption technology to protect your credit card information while in transit, via the Internet, to our servers. This technology - SSL, Secure Sockets Layers by VeriSign, Inc.- used by companies like eTrade, Charles Schwab, 1-800-Flowers, Amazon, Dell, and many other companies, secures billions of dollars in transactions over the Internet. JSoulMate.com does not use a third party intermediary to process credit card transactions.

When you contact JSoulMate.com through the 'Contact Us' feature, we use the email address and information entered to respond to questions or problems about theJSoulMate.com web site. Additionally, certain types of data, such as your IP address, browser, type of computer and operating system are collected automatically. This information is very useful to us in answering your questions, especially those involving a technical difficulty.
