How to Ace the First Date Part 2 (For Women)

Pay attention to=2 0your body language.  Your torso should always be facing and leaning towards him.   Look him in the eye when one of you is speaking.  Try to sit close to him without invading any personal space to show interest.

Don't be too chatty, guys don't like that. Remember to engage in conversation, which means let him speak too..    Ask questions about him and what he says.  Be open and honest, keep him captivated, and try to keep the awkward silences at a minimum.  Smile as much as possible, and laugh if he makes a joke.  You can also playfully laugh at him if he bombs at a joke. Tell him a funny story. Just show him what a cool chick you are.

Relate to him whenever you can.  If he likes baseball tell him about how you played softball in high school.  Confirm to him what you have in common and this will bring you closer.  Don't worry too much about your minor dif ferences; like your opinions about global warming.  It is absolutely all right for you to disagree and bring it to his attention.  This could actually work to your advantage because it will start a discussion.  Just don't get heated up and turn a debate into an argument.  Prove to him that you are an intelligent, easy going, cute and an exciting person.  Be yourself though; tell him the truth without any exaggeration.

You probably left him mesmerized.  It would be great if he called you the next day but some guys have rules.  That's ok though, you have rules too, don't call him.  Be patient and he will call soon.  When he does call you be polite and happy.  You can seem a little busy so he doesn't think you sat and waited by the phone.  Have fun on your second date..
